All prices listed on our website, and all transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and a charge of 10% GST is included in the retail price shown.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
ANTO APPAREL uses Australia Post for all domestic and international deliveries.
AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING INFORMATION
Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $100, otherwise it is $10.00 via Australia Post Standard Shipping, and is expected to arrive within approximately 1-12 business days depending on your location.
Express Shipping is available at checkout for $15.00 via Australia Post Express Shipping, and is expected to arrive within approx. 1-4 business days depending on your location.
ANTO Apparel reserves the right to offer free promotional shipping which is subject to change at any time.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
International Shipping will be charged at a flat rate of $30.00 via Australia Post, for packages up to 1kg.
The above shipping option does not have an Insurance or Signature on Delivery option. If you wish to have your delivery Insured, or add Signature on delivery, please contact us before placing your order.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
If you are trying to estimate when a package will arrive please consider the following:
Credit card authorisation and address verification must be received prior to processing.
Express Post deliveries are sent same day when all items are available, if ordered before 3:30pm Mon-Fri.
In the situation that a fast moving style sells out before we are able to allocate stock to your order, we will notify you and organise a Credit, Exchange or Refund.
To guarantee the most efficient delivery we recommend you provide a secure delivery address i.e. an office where it will be able to be received between 9:00am - 5:00pm. We recommend you do NOT have parcels delivered to an unattended delivery address.
You can track your delivery using the tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Anto Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.

At ANTO we take pride in our quality and fit but understand that buying online can be challenging and you may want to exchange your size. Please note all exchanges are subject to availability. We are happy to provide you with a refund or exchange if the goods are:
Returned to us within 14 days of delivery.Returned in original condition - unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached.
Contact us hello@antoapparel.com with your request to exchange or return once you receive your order. Please note that refunds do not include original postage costs. We offer complimentary standard postage on one exchange per order. Subsequent exchanges will incur additional standard postage fees.
Please use a trackable postage method to return your items, such as Australia Post Express Post or Registered Post, as we would love to be able to track your return and can not be held accountable if the parcel does not arrive. Standard shipping may take 3 -10 days please allow time for your new order to arrive.

No refunds are offered on sale or discounted items, however, we will happily exchange items purchased on sale within 14 days subject to availability.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or provide exchanges for products that have been purchased through a website or boutique other then our own antoapparel.com
